Getting started
What is Closr?
Closr is a sales marketplace for digital products. Businesses list products and set a commission offer. Approved independent closers choose products, share tracked sales links, and earn commission on eligible sales.
Who is Closr for?
Closr is for business owners with digital products to sell and independent sellers who want to earn commission using their skills, audience, or network.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Businesses can create an account and list products for free. Closers can apply for free. There is no monthly platform fee. Closr earns a share from sales, and payment processing fees apply.
Do I need my own website or checkout?
No. Closr provides checkout through Stripe. Businesses supply the product and configure how customers receive their purchase.
For business owners
How do I list a product?
Create a business account and complete payout setup. Add your product details, price, commission offer, and delivery method. Prepare accurate selling information, then activate the listing for approved closers.
What products can I list?
Closr supports digital products, including software, subscriptions, and downloads. You must have the right to sell your product and be able to deliver what the listing promises.
Can I choose which closers sell my product?
Closr reviews and approves closers before they can sell. Any approved closer can choose an active product. You control your listing, price, commission, and availability, and can review sales in your dashboard.
How do I know if closers are actually selling my product?
Your dashboard shows a closer funnel for every product: how many closers picked it up, how many started a checkout in the last 7, 30, or 90 days, and how many checkouts were paid and kept after refunds. When a product stalls, Closr names the stage and the next step, such as finishing delivery setup, raising the offer, or adding an ideal customer profile so closers know how to pitch it.
Who delivers the product to the customer?
The business is responsible for delivery and product support. Closr supports downloads, access links, license codes, and manual invitations. If your product requires manual setup, complete the order and provide the customer with access.
What share of each sale do I keep?
Your share is the sale price minus your total commission offer. On a 100 dollar sale with a 50% offer and the standard 10% platform fee, the split is 50 dollars for the business, 40 for the closer, and 10 for Closr. Payment processing fees apply.
For independent closers
How do I become a closer?
Create a closer account and complete your profile with your experience and audience. Closr reviews your account before you can sell. Once approved, choose a product and create a tracked sales link.
How much can I earn?
Your earnings depend on the product commission and the eligible sales you make. At the standard platform fee, a 100 dollar sale with a 50% commission offer earns you 40 dollars. Review the closer commission on each listing before selling. Income is not guaranteed.
How are my sales tracked?
Choose a product and create a sales link in Closr. When a customer purchases through that checkout link, the sale is attributed to your account. Use your tracked link when directing buyers to checkout.
What does the AI sales coach help with?
The coach can draft product summaries, sales talking points, discovery questions, objection responses, and outreach content. Review the facts with the business before using a draft with customers.
Commission and payments
How does the platform fee work?
The standard Closr fee is 10% of the sale price, included within the total commission offer. With a 50% offer, the closer earns 40% and Closr receives 10%. The listing shows the applicable closer share.
When can I withdraw commission?
The customer payment must be confirmed, the sale approved, and the refund hold complete. Finish payout setup, then request the eligible balance shown in your dashboard. A recorded sale is not immediately available to withdraw.
When does a business receive its money?
Closr transfers the business share of paid sales to the connected Stripe account. Bank availability depends on the account payout schedule. Refunds can reverse these transfers.
Why is there a hold period?
The hold gives time to handle refunds before closer commission is paid. Check the eligibility information for your sales in your dashboard.
What happens if a sale is refunded?
Refunds can reverse the business transfer and cancel closer commission. If commission was already paid, Closr attempts to recover it.
Do closers earn on subscription renewals?
Closer commission applies to the initial subscription sale. Renewal payments do not generate additional closer commission. Review the product offer before selling.
