How do I get paid?
You connect a Stripe account during payout setup. On each paid sale, the platform transfers your share of the charge to that account. If a sale is refunded, the transfer is reversed.
What share of a sale do I keep?
On a single 100 dollar sale with a 50% commission offer and the standard platform fee, the split is 50 dollars for you, 40 for the closer, and 10 for Closr. Payment processing fees apply. See pricing for subscription renewals.
Can I choose which closers sell my product?
Closr reviews and approves closers before they can sell. Any approved closer can choose an active product. You can review sales and pause your listing.
How do I know if closers are actually selling my product?
Your dashboard shows a closer funnel for every product: how many closers picked it up, how many started a checkout in the last 7, 30, or 90 days, and how many checkouts were paid and kept after refunds. When a product stalls, Closr names the stage and the next step, such as finishing delivery setup, raising the offer, or adding an ideal customer profile so closers know how to pitch it.
Do I need my own store or checkout?
No. Closr provides checkout through Stripe. You supply the product and configure delivery, such as a download, access link, license code, or manual invitation.
